Refunds (Factory Faults Only)
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a genuine factory fault, we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement. Please notify us within a reasonable time (2 days) after receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, we understand that it happens. We’re happy to offer an exchange, provided that:

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
All returns and exchanges must be sent back at the customer’s own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Colour Variations
We do our best to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, as our products are presented through photographs, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or editing. For this reason, colour differences will not be considered a valid reason for returns, refunds, or store credit.
