Shipping Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
Please note that due to manufacturing, lead times may be up to 18 days for certain items.

We always aim to dispatch in-stock items as quickly as possible—often the next business day. Collection can be arranged from our office in Lantern Street Jeffreys Bay.

Orders are processed 7 days a week; however, courier collections and deliveries take place Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been collected by our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via email/ Whatsapp (SMS notifications may be limited).


Delivery Rates & Estimates

Please ensure that you provide a valid and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Our standard delivery options are:

  • PUDO Locker to Locker / Courier Guy Depot
    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • PUDO Locker to Door
    Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days
    Cost: Quoted separately

Please note: Our system cannot automatically calculate shipping fees. You are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option at checkout.


Delivery Limitations

Our courier partners do not deliver directly to certain locations, including:

  • Embassies

  • Chain stores

  • Government departments

  • Mines

  • Certain farms and rural areas

  • Remote or outlying towns (e.g. Sutherland)

  • Certain townships

If your address falls outside standard delivery routes, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain addresses if they are not serviceable by our couriers.


 


Special Delivery Notes

For estates, gated communities, rural areas, or any location with restricted access, please ensure you provide a valid contact number. This allows the courier to reach you for access or delivery instructions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation.

When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.


Damages & Lost Parcels

We are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact the courier immediately to log a claim

  • Keep all packaging and contents

  • Notify us so we can assist where possible
